120 White Fawn

The White Fawn house is in the heart of Asheville and an example of the classic American Foursquare design. With nods to traditional styling, an open main floor, and bedrooms on the upper level, the house is an excellent example of traditional architecture for the modern age. 

9 Russell

In collaboration with well-known Asheville design firm, Wilson Architects, this West Asheville gem is a beauty. On the exterior, cedar shake and smooth lap siding combined with pebble dash stucco, reads as a classic bungalow or craftsman design. The dark exterior paint color elevates the style with a modern twist. Modern touches adorn the interior with wide planked hardwood floors, a gorgeous primary bath and sleek kitchen.

7 Mountain View

Located in the charming town of Black Mountain, 7 Mountain View is a smaller home that boasts lots of charm. Within a small footprint, the layout of the home was an important consideration. We were able to maximize the space through thoughtful design, proving that good things can come in small packages.

5 Mountain View

In a departure from more common lap siding styles, 5 Mountain View showcased a stucco exterior finish. This bold choice complimented the old-world interior aesthetic combined with the classic touch of more modern finishes.
